Hi, I’m Ana.
Hello!I’m a relational psychotherapist and licensed clinical social worker working with individuals and couples in Los Angeles and across California. My work centers on connection, emotion, and identity, and I’m particularly interested in how our relational histories shape the ways we move through the world.
I specialize in supporting adults navigating trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, identity questions, and major life transitions. I work affirmatively with clients exploring sexuality, intimacy, pleasure, and gender identity, and I’m experienced in supporting people who have a history of suicidal thinking or self-harm.
I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College. My clinical training spans trauma-informed work with survivors of sexual violence, grief-focused care with children and families, and therapeutic work in medical and community settings. Across all of it, I’ve brought a culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and deeply relational lens.
I think of therapy as a space to explore what you’ve been carrying, what feels possible, and what it means to live more fully, in connection with yourself and with others.
I’m truly so glad you’re here, and I’d love to work together.
